PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR HOTELS, TOURS AND TRANSFER RESERVATIONS

a) Hotel reservations in Buenos Aires:

A deposit equivalent to two nights accommodation should be paid with the reservation form.

Note:The balance of the hotel bill should be received before June20^th, 2008.

b) Congress tours:

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the tour price should be paid through the reservation form.

Note:The balance of the hotel bill should be received before June20^th, 2008.

c) Sight-seeing in Buenos Aires and transfers:

Payment should be sent at the time of sending the registration form.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

a) Accommodation in Buenos Aires

Participants whose cancellation is received before Apr 10^th, 2008 will be refunded in full.

A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights accommodation will be charged for cancellations received between Apr 11^st, 2008 and August 1^st, 2008.

No refunds will be made after August 2^nd, 2008.

b) Congress tours:

Full refund for cancellations reported before June 20^th, 2008.

20% of the tour price will be charged for cancellations received after June 21^th , 2008.

c) Sight-seeing in Buenos Aires and transfers:

To be entitled to full refund, cancellations should be reported 72 hours prior to the tour date.
